The I-League 2024-25 action resumes on Tuesday (December 3, 2024) with matchday 3 fixtures -- six matches in total, and featuring all 12 teams. Here's all you need to know about the 3rd round of India's second-tier club competition. (More Football News)
After two rounds, Inter Kashi lead the table with six points (t20 wins in two). Antonio Lopez Habas' men started their second season in the I-League with facile wins against Sporting Bengaluru (1-0) and Delhi FC (5-1). On Thursday, they take on winless Shillong Lajong in an away fixture. Lajong are ninth with one point.
Real Kashmir, second with four points, play host to 11th-place Delhi at TRC Turf Ground in Srinagar while Aizawl FC (3rd) travel to Kozhikode (5th) for a clash between two unbeaten sides. Both matches take place on Tuesday.
Dempo Sports Club, 5th, are also on the road to face Namdhari (10th) in Punjab. Another Goa outfit, the Churchill Brothers face bottom-place Sporting Bengaluru in Bengaluru.

How to watch I-League 2024-25 football matches?On the eve of matchday 3, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) announced the signing of a commercial rights agreement with Shrachi Sports Endeavour Private Limited to produce and broadcast 338 matches this season.
It said that Sony Sports Network would telecast 110 of the 132 I-league matches (24 matches have already been played), while the SSEN app (Shrachi) will stream the other leagues and tournaments, including the ongoing Santosh Trophy (National Football Championship), Rajmata Jijabai Trophy (Women's National Football Championship), I-League 2, and Indian Women's League.
Winners of the I-League 2024-25 will be promoted to Indian Super League (ISL), the country's top-tier league, while the 12th-place team will be relegated to I-League 2. The ongoing season, third in its current form, will conclude in March next year.
Mohammedan Sporting won the 2023-24 edition and the Kolkata giants are currently playing in the ISL 2024-25. Two Manipuri outfits NEROCA (North Eastern Re-Organising Cultural Association) and TRAU (Tiddim Road Athletic Union) were the relegated teams last term.davinci’s gold
